How to mouse scroll with Git Bash?

bash cmd command-prompt

Enable Quick Edit mode

Open Properties: AltSpace, then P (for properties)
Under Options tab > Edit Options > Check Quick Edit > Hit OK

Now you will be able to scroll with mouse.
