missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun Failed to clone nvm repo

I solved this problem by opening the Terminal and running the command:

xcode-select --install

curl terminal nvm xcrun

I fixed this problem by reinstalling Xcode.
