Cannot reach SSL IP when in docker container over bridge. Getting SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL

docker ssl curl openssl

Seems like the issue is with Docker-For-Mac 3.3.0 and 3.3.1.

The solution was to downgrade to 3.2.2 even though the docker engine is the same.
