postgres in Docker with data directory on named or bind volume works on Windows Server 2019 but not Windows Server 2016
Similar issue was already reported on [moby/moby#25908] (https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/25908) but was redirected here to be checked/opened on https://github.com/docker/for-win/issuesI have searched for this issue in Open and Closed issues list, but couldn't find any.
