I've noticed this, "Note: LinkedIn AutoFill is only available to customers using LinkedIn Lead Accelerator."
The setup guidehttp://help.lms.linkedin.com/hc/en-us/articles/204141578-LinkedIn-AutoFill-Setup-Guidesays you have to both add your domain to the dashboard in LinkedIn, but also contact Linkedin to enable this.
